1. Hinduism – The religion of creative customs
Hinduism has the concept of three important timings known as tri sandhyas which divide the day into Udaya Sandhya (morning twilight), Madhyahna Sandhya (mid noon) and Saayam Sandhya (evening twilight).
Most importantly evening twilight is called as Asura Sandhya, the twilight of demons or Godhuli Vela, the time of cow’s dust.
It is not advised to eat or sleep during asura sandhya. But it is sacred. One must take evening bath and perform rituals.
