Can we visit temple after eating non-veg?

It is said that non-vegetarian meals are rich in fat and protein contents and will likely increase your metabolism and heighten your physical needs – which will “disturb” your inner peace. Inner peace and concentration is much required during religious rituals – a prayer is a mental act, isn’t it?

Even are vegetarian meals, very spice items like onion, garlic and other curries and too much hot masalas should be avoided – so they say!
