What is Meditation?
Meditation is a process where we concentrate on one thing or nothing. Meditation is to awaken ourselves by practising controlled breath or visualisation or by chanting a particular mantra. There are so many processes to meditate. Some processes are linked with breathing exercises and some are with mind coordination. Some meditative techniques are purely spiritual and some are religious connections. Basically meditation is concentrating on a single point or no point.
1. Why we should not try meditation?
To try is to put effort. We normally know how to try. But meditation is not supposed to achieve by trying harder. It is a process of self evolution. An intense meditative state should initiate from deep intuition and observation. It is a natural process which cannot be cultivated by just trying. You have to realise the inside process of meditating by being in constant and resonating consciousness. Do not ever put effort to meditate, let that state emerge itself. All you need to do is to develop a deeper thinking and getting lost into it.
