As per Vrahamihira, the father of ancient Indian Astrology, KalaSarpa Dosha is very effective in terms of a country or an empire. His famous works including Brihat Jatakam and other astrological books doesn’t mention any personal attribution of KalaSarpa Dosha for the native.
But the native do suffers severe malefic effects when the above said condition of KalaSarpa Dosha is present in Natal Chart (Jataka Charkam of Janma Kundali).
