Saatvik SukhaWhile preaching an important point from Bhagavadgita, Geethacharya said that without peace, there could be no happiness. This statement must be noted very carefully because one should strive for peace before being the seeker of happiness. If you want to know why? When peaceful, a man can achieve anything he set out to do. So, success is only possible with peace, and the one who wins will surely get all the comforts.

When the other monkeys gave Lord Anjaneya a lot of encouragement in his quest for goddess Sita, Hanuman’s heart became peaceful with joy. So with that peace of mind, he flew to Lanka saying that he would surely bring information after seeing Goddess Sita and stayed on the sea bed till then. He overcame all obstacles and reached back to Sri Rama. This is the method of victory through peace and happiness through victory.

However, the Bhagavad Gita goes one step further and says that there are three types of happiness. According to Gitopadesha, those who strive for Saatvik happiness will overcome all sorrows.

Saatvik bliss is first and foremost penance. In addition to the difficulty of penance, it feels boring. However, those who are on target will not give in to any physical urge. Anyone who works hard for six hours a day for five to ten years can win an Olympic gold medal. The moment of winning the gold medal is the smallest, but the photo brings happiness and joy for the rest of your life. Cauliflower and veggies are bitter. But they also contribute a lot to health. The candy is mouth-watering. But is very harmful to the body.
