Sri Siddi Vinayaka Vrata Kalpam

One should worship Lord Vinayaka and observe Vrata on the day of Bhadrapada Shuddha Chaviti. Everyone should get up early in the morning, use cow dung to cleanse the walls, decorate the house with rangoli and mango arches. The mandapa should also be well decorated with Palavalli and finally, an idol of Lord Vinayaka must be placed.

All the necessary things required for the worship should be kept ready. Place fruits, flowers, akshitaan, incense, and camphor on a plate. Dumplings(Kudumulu), bananas, and coconuts are considered favorites of Lord Vinayak. One can offer these in particular numbers or as much as you can depending on your will.

Take three small bowls or glasses and pour Paadyajalam in the first, Achamana Jalam in the second, and Arghyajalam in the third. While offering, take any fruit, mix it with water, and leave it in a bowl. When Madhuparka is offered, honey, milk, and ghee should be mixed and shown to Ganesha.

During the Panchamrita bath, honey, ghee, rock sugar, yoghurt and milk should be mixed to perform Abhishekam for the Idol. The people who are willing to offer can also perform Abishekham with milk, Yogurt, fruit juices and sandalwood. A cleansing bath should be performed after each Abhishekham. Each verse should be read and related activity should be performed as mentioned below.
